A new life is beginning in Nisantasi, Istanbul’s center of attraction.

 A brand new project is rising in the middle of Şişli and Nişantaşı, the first districts that come to mind when it comes to Istanbul.
 Located in the heart of Halaskargazi, Rumeli and Valikonağı streets, is an extensive project that consists of residences, offices, hotels and shopping centers.
 Spreading over a land of nine thousand square meters, has a total construction area of 97 thousand square meters.
 The project involves the renovation of the old monuments in the area and it is designed to be in harmony with the traditional architecture of this historical district of Istanbul.
 Since the beginning of the 20th century, Halaskargazi Street, one of Istanbul’s most valuable centers in terms of urban life and trade capacity, which once housed modern and iconic apartment buildings and luxury housing, has been transformed into a region where small businesses have become predominant.
 As a result of this process that has accelerated particularly after the 1980s, the historical buildings of the district have been neglected and became worn out. In this period when the resident profile of the buildings also changed, the apartments that lost most of their residential properties became storehouses, causing the district to lose its quality of being a neighborhood.

 With the project, it is taken an important step to help Istanbul gain its glamour back and to transform the city into a dynamic and contemporary living space again. It is aimed to make this step a starting point for the further development and improvement of our neighborhood.
 The main goal of the project, which perfectly blends modern architecture with the unique historical fabric of its region, is “to once again host to a contemporary life style in contemporary Şişli”, providing all the opportunities and amenities that the residents need. We believe that Lotus Nişantaşı, with its dynamic design, quality of urban life and neighbors, will add value both to Şişli and Istanbul.

HISTORY COMES TO LIGHT

 Once a forest used by Ottoman sultans for target practice, Nişantaşı has changed and developed significantly since then. As one of Istanbul’s most popular and prestigious neighborhoods with its boutiques, art galleries, cafes and restaurants, Nişantaşı is more widely known as a center of fashion, shopping and social life. But this historical area is also home to many historical monuments that are yet to be discovered.,

 Among the foremost historical monuments in Nişantaşı are houses and apartment blocks identified with this neighborhood. Within the scope of the the project, one of these apartment blocks, which is a typical example of the 19th century architecture, is being renovated to regain its former glory.
